申報(bào)對(duì)象：具有獨(dú)立法人資格的設(shè)計(jì)院（所）、設(shè)計(jì)公司，高等院校，科研單位和照明工程公司、該項(xiàng)目主要產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商?！肮こ獭笔侵干陥?bào)項(xiàng)目已完工，無權(quán)屬爭(zhēng)議并且投入使用在三個(gè)月以上的照明工程。 Project award applicants: Design institutes and design companies with independent legal qualifications, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, lighting engineering companies and the major project product providers. "Projects" refer to the lighting projects having been completed with no ownership dispute and having been put into use for more than three months. |

申報(bào)對(duì)象：以純粹的照明創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)作品為主，探索多種光源照明在各種領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用。功能、形式不限，面向全球設(shè)計(jì)師、學(xué)生進(jìn)行作品征集。 Design award applicants: Pure creative design lighting works exploring the innovative application of lighting with multiple light sources in various fields will be assessed. The works will be collected from designers and students all over the world, without any limitation on functions and forms. |

| 關(guān)于產(chǎn)品類、技術(shù)類的申報(bào)補(bǔ)充說明：如申報(bào)單位非2016廣州國(guó)際照明展覽會(huì)的參展商，則需要是阿拉丁商城品牌中心的企業(yè)或者有十位評(píng)審團(tuán)成員（提名委員或合作機(jī)構(gòu)）推薦。 Statement: For those product or technology award applicants who are not the exhibitors of the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition to be held, they need to be satisfied one of the following conditions: 1.The enterprises need to join the brand center of Alighting Mall. 2.The applicaitions need to obtain recommendations of more than ten judges in the Jury Committee. | ||

2015年11月，開通網(wǎng)上報(bào)名及資料提交專門通道，參賽者進(jìn)行資料準(zhǔn)備及提交；工作人員進(jìn)行資料初審，初審?fù)ㄟ^的申報(bào)項(xiàng)目即可在網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行展示、宣傳及配合推廣。
在復(fù)審?fù)镀鼻?，參評(píng)企業(yè)可以向組委會(huì)申請(qǐng)，邀約神燈獎(jiǎng)提名委員和合作機(jī)構(gòu)代表去進(jìn)行申報(bào)項(xiàng)目考察。
2016年4月10日?qǐng)?bào)名截止，關(guān)閉所有報(bào)名通道。
全部提名委員和合作機(jī)構(gòu)代表將對(duì)所有參評(píng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投票評(píng)選
百名提名委員、合作機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)投票規(guī)則進(jìn)行自主投票(每位提名評(píng)委、合作機(jī)構(gòu)于每個(gè)類別僅有十張選票，且每家企業(yè)于每個(gè)類別僅有一個(gè)項(xiàng)目可以入圍)，依據(jù)部分提名委員的推薦考察意見作為參考。
為擴(kuò)大獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的影響力與互動(dòng)范圍，在產(chǎn)品，技術(shù)，工程，設(shè)計(jì)四大類獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的前30名入圍獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咧?，均評(píng)選一名最佳人氣獎(jiǎng)，共四名。選取結(jié)果由行業(yè)人士網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票得出。
根據(jù)入圍結(jié)果，第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)報(bào)告以及實(shí)地考察意見，七位終審委員投票評(píng)選出最終獲獎(jiǎng)結(jié)果。
